Position Overview:

As a Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal, you'll support our litigation team in all aspects of plaintiff-side cases.

Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents and correspondence

• Conduct legal research

• Manage case files

• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts

• Assist with trial preparation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience

• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

Requirements

• Familiarity with e-File systems

• Proficiency in drafting and preparing legal pleadings

• Demonstrated ability to manage legal complaints

• Experience with Discovery Requests and Discovery Responses

• Proficiency in Calendar Management
