Citigroup Senior Early Career Recruiter- Diversity & Inclusion - 12 Fixed Term Contract in Belfast, United Kingdom
The Senior Early Career Recruiter- D&I is responsible for the recruitment of early career D&I programmes within the UK including Apprentices.
The UK, Europe & MEA Early Career team directly supports Citi businesses in the attraction, selection and program management of graduate, apprenticeship and MBA Hires.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition delivery of Citi’s expanding Belfast and London Citi Apprentice, Career Ready (work experience) and London social mobility and Black Heritage programmes.
Partner with internal business stakeholders and the Global Head of D&I for Early Career on setting the talent acquisition strategy for these programmes. Including exploring opportunities to expand the programmes.
Act as a credible business expert on early career market trends particularly in the apprentice market
Ensure best practice and fully compliant recruitment processes are followed
Keep the candidate tracking system and candidate pipeline is updated on a day to day basis
Plan and host interview days, assessment centres and other relevant selection/offer events
Attend and lead the assessment centre wash up sessions with the relevant business stakeholders
Support candidate engagement activity
Produce candidate MI/statistics for both the business, HR and early career colleagues
Ensure all Citi applicants receive an excellent candidate experience during their application journey
Organise and host intake sessions both with Citi stakeholders and students/apprentices when necessary
Travel to London when required to attend the social mobility and black heritage programme events
Review and innovate processes and procedures when identified to improve efficiency
Assist if required in any additional diversity events and program including the spring and summer programs
Be involved with wider early career UK, Europe & MEA talent acquisition projects and initiatives
Knowledge / Experience:
Recruitment experience required ideally within a graduate recruitment function or agency
Understanding of the banking industry and culture an advantage
Experience of managing multiple client stakeholders
