As a Program Assistant for our Outpatient office, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idahos youth by providing clerical, administrative and operational support for the residential program.

Must Haves:

  • Possess a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid, state-issued drivers license or obtain one within 15 days of hire

Our Program Assistants:

  • Greets telephone callers and visitors in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Supervises and evaluates children assigned to them through the youth employment program
  • Maintains client records ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information
  • Assists the Program Manager with the programs financial and payroll processes

\ As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
