Description:

Our client is seeking a mid-level Land Development Engineer(Civil Engineer) to join their team in either Northern or Southern, Delaware.

• Interact with township officials & professionals, DEP, PennDOT and Conservation Districts

• Perform site grading, erosion control design, stormwater management design, site layout, etc.

• Organize and prioritize work schedules of self and others

• Compose letters, outlines, memoranda, and complex reports

• Communicate technical information to those with and without technical understanding

• Prepare and conduct effective presentations

Must be able to/have -

• Stay organization and multi-tasking ability.

• A good work ethic, attention to detail, and high level of personal integrity.

• Possess excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills;

• Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills;

• Ability to prioritize effort and effectively be engaged on multiple projects at one time.

• Report back all information to Department Head in an organized manor

Skills:

• Stormwater management, land development, grading, site planning, HydroCAD

• AutoCAD civil 3d, stormwater design

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience with land development design, subdivision planning

• Proficient in Microstation/AutoCAD

• Bachelors Degree in engineering related field
