Summary This announcement is in conjunction with the Nonappropriated Fund Walk in Wednesday Hiring Events to be held on Wednesdays, 01, 08, 15, 22, 29 May 2024 at the Civilian Personnel Office Conference Room in Amber Hall, 354 Broadway Ave, Suite 207, Eielson AFB, AK 99702. This position will be assigned to the Ben's Den at the Yukon Club. Work schedule subject but not limited to: Thursday - Sunday 8:30am - 4:30pm OR 3:00pm - 1:00am Holidays and Special Events as needed. Responsibilities Carries supplies and equipment, such as liquors, fruits, ice, glasses, linens and silverware from storage areas to the bar. Slices and peels fruit. Fills ice bins and crushes ice. Washes and cleans bar glasses, bar equipment and keeps the work area clean and neat. Replaces empty beer kegs with full kegs with the aid of a dolly; stocks beer coolers. Wipes down the interior and exterior surfaces of coolers. Helps in setting up service bars and portable bars. Carries debris to waste containers. May serve bottle beer, soft drinks and draw beer from kegs. Performs other related duties as assigned.
