• General case management of residents in a Connecticut Department of Corrections halfway house.
• Individual and group counseling.
• Case record management.
• In consultation with the client, develops treatment and discharge plans.
• Coordinates family and community reunification efforts.
• Coordinates with outside agencies (e.g., CTDOC and Parole) on client matters.
