Description We are offering a role based in Kent, Washington, for an individual skilled in accounting and administrative tasks. The job function revolves around handling a variety of administrative and financial duties, including invoice processing, accounts payable, and customer service. The industry is within the telecom provider sector, with the workplace being a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the computation of prevailing wage for subcontractors

• Maintain and manage lien waivers and affidavits

• Efficiently manage the accounts payable process

• Process multiple invoices daily, utilizing three-way matching to ensure accuracy

• Answer and redirect incoming calls and visitors as needed

• Perform administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, catering for events, and arranging hotel reservations

• Manage supply orders across multiple offices

• Cross-reference and update data in Salesforce

• Assist with financial reporting, including preparing and distributing expense reports and relaying invoices

• Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Data Entry tasks

• Capable of processing invoices efficiently

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle software

• Familiarity with administrative office duties

• Ability to manage and direct phone calls

• Strong customer service skills
