CSL Behring Patient Engagement Associate in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Responsibilities:

  • Co-develop and lead the management and implementation of consumer centered programs that are aligned with brand strategy.

  • Responsible for building and maintaining effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders, sales force personnel, CSLB consumer advocates, chapter/patient foundations and organizations to manage the execution of the programs and to demonstrate the program value to the community.

  • This position is responsible for the overall coordination of the consumer advocates that need to be aligned to the brand(s) they support.

  • They are to ensure these advocates are fully compliant to CSLB’s Ethical Interactions with Consumer Guidelines and any future company-approved SOPs that may apply. They are also responsible for managing the yearly contractual agreements between CSLB and the advocates, where applicable and manage conflict resolutions that may arise.

  • The Patient Engagement Associate will be responsible for supervising the collaborative activities with external partners and agencies in the integration of services, technologies and capabilities to ensure delivery of consumer program components.

  • This role will lead the training of outside agencies on CSLB’s program processes, advocate usage and continue to identify cost and process efficiencies.

  • This role will ensure all program milestones are met and delivered to appropriate brand team members along with their recommendations and interpretations.

  • Responsible for ensuring that program spend reports against budget / forecast and metrics are available to the brand team on a regular basis along with their recommendations and interpretations delivered during quarterly reviews.

  • This position will strive to be Subject Matter Experts on community issues, patient needs and identify gaps and opportunities. The Patient Engagement Associate will communicate their recommendations with program enhancements based on that expertise to the brand.

  • Supports commercial operations core business processes for assigned area

  • Contributes to strategies and concepts for improving processes, efficiency and practices

  • Identifies and prioritizes service improvement opportunities and creates plans for implementation

  • May focus on areas such as marketing communication/promotion, patient engagement, training, data management or distribution/logistics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in business/marketing or science discipline

  • 3-5 years' relevant commercial operations experience

  • 1-3 years’ experience with consumer relations, preferable in a rare diseases community. 1-3 years’ experience in marketing communications and/or event planning and facilitation required. Business experience in chronic disease management preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred
