As a Supply Sourcing Manager for EMEA, you are an individual of precision, with the bravery to tackle complex situations in a straightforward manner to bring everyone along on the journey. Key to this role is to maintain the quality and consistency of dairy alternatives, a rapidly growing sector. You are great communicator with solid supply chain management experience. This is not a retail buyer role, but rather a procurement. Your responsibilities include supply relationship management with high focus on capacity planning. Effective communication with stakeholders worldwide is crucial in this role.

To excel in this position, you must possess the ability to be precise, the courage to simplify complex situations, and a natural curiosity. Collaborating with a team of buyers and supply chain planners to ensure we have high-quality products in the right place at the right time is paramount.

As the next Supply Sourcing Manager for EMEA, you will lead both internally and externally while also being a team player. Your role in managing the quality and consistency of dairy alternatives is vital for expanding markets. Anticipating insights and proactively delivering ahead of time will be key to your success.

The Key Requirements...

  • Experience in agile buying, preferably in fresh food.

  • Stakeholder management both internally and externally.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and people management.

  • Diverse buying roles in FMCG, with knowledge of production and capacity planning being essential.

  • Robust people management experience, capable of anticipating challenges.

  • Experience dealing with global suppliers and understanding import/export duties
