Description
A local client in downtown Los Angeles is looking for a Call Center Customer Support Representative to join their team on a temp to hire bases. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality customer service to their clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a timely and professional manner. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This will be full time, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information or assistance
Resolve customer issues or complaints effectively and efficiently
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction ratings
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a call center environment is required
Proven track record of tenure in previous roles, demonstrating reliability and commitment
Experience handling inbound calls, with the ability to manage a high call volume (80-100 calls per day)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications
Flexibility to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday
Must be eligible to work in the United States
