A project manager delivering complete solutions or managing significant components of larger, more complex projects. Delivers project(s) outcomes with the desired benefits on time, on budget, and to specifications - following the appropriate methodology. May supervise others directly or indirectly.

1.Ensures completion of feasibility, risk, regulatory compliance, and ROI analyses and business benefits for proposed projects. Presents a recommendation related to project feasibility and resource requirements.

2.Establishes project scope with business representatives and/or Business Analysts.

3.Develops project plans, manages resources, the project schedule and budget.
