Overview:\ We are seeking a skilled Shop Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the smooth running of our workshop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, possess excellent leadership skills, and be able to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:\ - Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, including scheduling, workflow, and quality control\ - Supervise and train shop staff on proper procedures and safety protocols\ - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts and equipment procurement\ - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards\ - Perform hands-on work as needed, including using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting\ - Oversee vehicle maintenance, auto restoration, mechanical repairs, and auto body work\ - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
