Insight Global HRIS Analyst in Olathe, Kansas

Job Description

A client in the Overland Park area is seeking to add an HRIS Analyst to their growing team. Below are a list of the incumbents responsibilities:

- Provide project management for HR systems and related programs. This may include employee recognition, HRIS, Brass Ring, Employee Engagement & Lifecycle surveys.

- Develop system requirements, test system functionality, troubleshoot system issues, develop end-user documentation, and training.

- Support HR with ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

- Do different HR reports including verifying degrees, professional licensing, and different affirmative action plans

- HR data mining and systems administration

- Spearhead the support and enhancement of our HR systems and programs.

- Collaborate closely with IT on projects, ensuring seamless system functionality.

- Develop and execute reports, responding to data inquiries with precision.

- Contribute to the success of HR initiatives, including employee recognition and commuter benefits.

- Provide backup support to the Compensation function.

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business or a related field

- 5+ years of experience working as an HRIS Analyst

o Must have 8+ years of experience in place of a bachelors degree

- Strong experience with different HR platforms such as Oracle, Brass Ring, Taleo, Workday, MarketPay, etc.

- Experience doing different HR reports - Oracle experience

  • Experience working for an engineering firm

  • Experience null
