We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for a Back Painter to join a leading Company located in the Redmond, WA surrounding area. Pay Rate: $26.00 Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 P.M Job Responsibilities: Performs basic practices and procedures to apply finish coatings in any of the following areas: Backpaint, Silkscreen, Photoetch or Laser Paint. Continuously improves products and processes and participates in quality improvement teams when appropriate. Responsible for ensuring on-time delivery to the customer by maintaining productivity and following department schedules. Recommends ways to save money and cut unnecessary costs. Responsible for satisfying the needs of internal and external customers by responding to customer requests, understanding customer requirements and building successful, productive customer relations. Learns proper spray techniques. Learns how to mix paint. Learns how to maintain spray equipment. Learns how to screen print. Operates laser. Accurately completes all related paperwork and wanding functions. Follows all company safety policies and procedures. Reacts to change productively and handles other duties as required. Basic Hiring Criteria: High school diploma or equivalent. Requires six months painting or production experience or training. Benefits offered to vary by the contract.
