Procurement Administrator Job Locations Work From Your Own Home ID 2024-13577 Overview Element has an opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join our growing team, This is a great opportunity to develop your Procurement career within a Global TIC business. Responsibilities Manage and process Purchase Orders for GTS team from requisition to delivery Receipt PO's and align with invoices Align PO spend with Budget Provide dashboard on spend profiles Evaluate supplier proposals Build and be responsible for relationships with key stakeholders to ensure close collaboration on areas of contract spend Promote the capabilities and role of the Procurement team across the business Challenge the status quo, think outside the box and drive change in how we manage P2P processes with suppliers Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely fulfilment of orders Manage any invoice disputes or discrepancies Skills / Qualifications Essential: Strong interpersonal skills The ability to effectively communicate Strong analytical skills and sound judgement Relevant experience Track record of building and managing relationships in a multiple and complex stakeholder environment and influencing senior operational management Proficient in Microsoft office suite of products Desireable: Experience of Procurement across a range of categories of expenditure (Opex and Capex) Company Overview Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
