Our client, is a high-growth wealth management firm with $3B in AUM. They are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planner to join their team. You'll craft personalized financial plans, working in a supportive, education-focused environment.

As part of a three-person Planning team, you'll collaborate with Advisors, ensuring clear communication and rationale behind plans. They offer flexibility, celebrate wins together, and prioritize continuous learning through regular trainings and collaboration meetings.

Responsibilities of the Financial Planner:

• Research and compile client financial information.

• Analyze income, expenses, debts, and assets.

• Create comprehensive financial plans covering retirement, asset allocation, education funding, insurance, and estate planning.

• Stay updated on financial products and regulations while adhering to ethical and professional standards.

• Collaborate with other planners and advisors on client cases.

• Create executive summaries summarizing client goals, outlining recommended strategies, and communicating them clearly and concisely.

  Requirements

• Finance, business, or related degree required.

• 2-5 years financial planning experience preferred or eager to learn.

• Securities licenses like SIE, Series 7, 66 (or 63/65), and Life & Health required within 3-6 months.

• Pursuing or interested in CFP® certification.

• Proficient in financial planning software such as eMoney or MoneyGuide Pro

• Raymond James experience a plus.

• Strong communicator, thrives in fast-paced environment.

• Understands financial planning process and fiduciary standards.
