The China global selling team aim to deliver on this vision by identifying China Selling Partners, bring their product selection to Amazon’s global marketplaces, and drive seller success in WW platform. The team acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our business partners. We obsess over providing world class support to Merchants selling on the Amazon platform. We strive to predict the Seller's needs before they recognize they may have a problem, create innovative self-help tools, and provide solutions to help our partners better serve their customers.

We are seeking a talented, driven, and proven leader to support Global Selling team in Asia, with stakeholder teams. She/He will be a key person to develop strategic partnership with Asia Sellers, and Account Managers in Global Selling team and local service providers to collect Sellers Voice, analyze the trend of Seller voice and anecdotes to identify opportunities to improve Seller Experience when complying with worldwide regulations, thus achieving growth and success at Amazon platform.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop partnership with Asia Sellers, and Account Managers in Global Selling team and local service providers to collect seller voice and anecdotes;

  • analyze the trend of Seller voice and anecdotes to identify opportunities;

  • Clearly communicate business-related information, gain support from internal stakeholders and external partners;

  • Establish strong relationship and trust with local and global stakeholders;

  • Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or customer interactions experience.

  • 3+ years of developing and executing business plans

  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders

  • Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.

  • Demonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude. Proficient in both English and Chinese communication.

  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience on cross border e-commerce regulatory compliance.

  • Cross border e-commerce experience
