Your future role:

Become part of our Digitalization team to transform the Service Business of Regional Solutions & Services in Siemens Smart Infrastructure for Region-Asia Pacific. Remote connectivity and data integration from multiple sources play a key role in enabling our cloud-based platforms. This role leverages on your strong IT networking & program management background to drive regional implementation programs and to ensure adoption of new tools & processes by our country organizations. As a Connectivity Expert, you drive knowledge exchange and work on continuous improvement of our platform applications. You will be part of the Building X team and play the role of a Connectivity Expert. Building X is a complete suite of connected solutions, applications and services, combining our building expertise with IoT technology. you drive knowledge exchange and work on continuous improvement of our platform applications.

Your responsibilities - challenging and future-oriented:

• Support countries technically as the APAC region's expert for connectivity and data integration topics, preliminary diagnosis of technical issues and coordination with HQ organization for technical solution

• Plan, Drive, Oversee and Deliver strategic implementation programs to drive connectivity and digital service solutions, including product and feature management based on customer and internal user requirements

• Implementation and coordination of pilots, rollouts and adoption of new applications, collection of feedback and creation of necessary documentation within the region

• Work with HQ organization on product management, test new versions and manage the connectivity product lifecycle , give feedback and share demands from key users

• Ensure continuous improvement in data quality for related systems and applications

• Coordinate with Cyber Security experts, ensure application rollouts, and network implementation is compliant with cyber security policies and practices. Be first point of contact for CyberSecurity related topics in the region.

• Conduct trainings webinar sessions & create & publish Knowledge documents to ensure the buildup of local competence

• Drive a structured communication approach to foster the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and best practices between countries

• Ensure the flow of information between project teams, countries, HQ and stakeholders. Negotiate and represent the region in a global working environment.

• Work in Shifts if and as required in order to support countries in APAC on 24x7 basis.

Your qualifications:

• The basis for your success is a degree in computer science, engineering, or similar experiences

• Strong IT background with proficiency in TCP/IP networking, remote technology, basic Cybersecurity concepts and IT monitoring

• Experience in successfully running strategic programs involving multiple stakeholders to achieve organizational goals

• You are characterized by your willingness to learn, analytical and communicative skills as well as by your problem-solving orientation

• Able to work independently and with cross-organizational team members

• Creative and pragmatic approaches and finding solutions as well as proactive and constructive teamwork

• Familiar with IoT architecture & protocols and certifications in the relevant fields like CCNA, JNCA, Network+ adds to your profile

• You are confident in handling MS Office365 applications
