Position Title Procure to Pay Administrator

Location Headquarters-Troy, MI

Job Summary Supports the daily operation of procure to pay function, technology, interfaces, reporting and programs. Responsibility for supporting systems design, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, reporting, security and operational efficiency. Supports governance over process and system to meet all compliance requirements including SOX. Provides customer support and assistance for all users including initial and on-going training. Develops and delivers reports and provides quality control support. Prepare comprehensive analyses of results, including actual/projected data, continuously evolving metrics and variance analysis including output from specific modeling and projections. This position supports the adoption of the Coupa platform enterprise wide and the optimization of platform usage. Effectively supports the attainment of complex S2P strategies, effectively manage suppliers and internal & external networks to deliver best in class performance for the functional area. Serves as functional back-up for the P2P Sr. Administrator.

Pay Range: $47,500.00 - $67,500.00 - $87,500.00

Job Responsibilities: Supports the daily operation of procure to pay function, technology, interfaces, reporting and programs. Responsibility for supporting systems design, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, reporting, security and operational efficiency. Supports governance over process and system to meet all compliance requirements including SOX. Provides customer support and assistance for all users including initial and on-going training. Develops and delivers reports and provides quality control support. Supports the development and implementation of accurate analytics, measurement of SLAs and KPI, reports on end-to-processes and business outcomes, monitors key business drivers and identifies opportunities for operational improvement. Completes testing and implementation of system updates. Maintains a stable test environment for development of future configurations. Develops, updates, and maintains procedures and training materials for the enterprise for Coupa utilization. Plays a key role in driving special projects to completion, which may include, implementation of new modules, process reviews, QA functions, and all other projects that support the Vendor Management Department and the strategic goals of Flagstar Bank. Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Completes all required compliance training. Maintains knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar's internal compliance policies and procedures. Takes responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies.

Job Requirements : High School Diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience required. Bachelor's Degree with a focus on IT or Business preferred. Coupa certification or desire to attain Coupa certification within 12-18 months of starting position preferred. C ombined 4 years of P2P and Coupa administrative experience. Moderate experience in procurement, contract management, requisition writing, PO writing, and invoice management. Relevant solid experience in Coupa Support across the P2P platform. Experience in testing system upgrades. Proven ability to collaborate with business partners to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions. Strong record of successfully completing projects on time and on plan. Strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proven ability to independently follow up and follow through.
