Apply now to join our team.The Clerk II is responsible for the daily tasks associated with the clerical duties located on her/her assigned program in order to insure availability of resources, reporting of data and efficient flow of communications within the program and the organization as a whole. Although completion of duties requires use of established methods, on occasion, there may be opportunity for originating new methods and/or techniques in order to complete some tasks. Decisions are simple and based on well-defined guidelines. This individual works under general supervision of the Program Director and has no supervisory responsibility. He/she is accountable for assigned property. The person in this position is responsible to know and comply with all relevant policies, procedures and safe work practices of NTSH. Although a non-clinical staff member of this program, this position is required to demonstrate appropriate role-modeling behaviors when in the presence of patients and staff.This employee has full access to a limited set of records in accordance with HIPPA regulations. This employee has full access to a limited set of records in accordance with HIPPA regulations.Performs other duties as assigned, including but are not limited to actively participating and/or serving in a support role to meet the agencyand#146;s obligations for disaster response and/or recovery or Continuity of Operations (COOP) activation.
