JPMorgan Chase Marketing Strategy Lead Vice President in Wilmington, Delaware

The Marketing Strategy team is responsible for building/designing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, working closely with the tech team and product teams to implement and configure marketing cloud automation journeys. As a core member of the Marketing Strategy team this role requires innovation and improvements of the performance of the marketing campaigns.

As a Marketing Strategy Lead Vice President within the Consumer and Community Banking team, you will be tasked with the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to fulfill our marketing automation and customer journey needs. Collaborating closely with the marketing and technology teams, you will design, develop, and launch marketing campaigns and automation workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements for marketing automation initiatives.

  • Design and develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions using the most up-to-date SFMC tools and technologies.

  • Implement and configure marketing cloud automation journeys, email campaigns, landing pages, and personalized content.

  • Develop and maintain data integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other CRM systems, databases, or third-party applications.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Marketing Cloud solutions.

  • Optimize and improve the performance of marketing campaigns through A/B testing, personalization, and journey optimization.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud releases, features, and best practices.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to the marketing team, ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns.

  • Monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead continuous improvements in marketing automation strategies.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 4+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience as an SFDC Marketing Cloud Developer or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, and Mobile Studio.

  • Solid Experience and knowledge of SF CRM systems.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud's scripting language (AMPscript), SQL, and Soap/REST APIs.

  • Solid understanding of marketing automation concepts, best practices, and industry standards.

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant).
